Upper West Side casino hotels

I have no complaints - I felt the staff, decor etc were what you would find in four-star hotels in some European countries. As soon as you arrive, a friendly door-man was there to assist - not only when you arrive with luggage but upon every return from an outing. What was precious - the wonderful Nice:Matin

It is definitely an older hotel; overall, great option hotel for Lincoln Square. Lots of food options and shops around. The hotel is foodless, no snacks, drinks, nor breakfast. My only upset is that the entire hotel lacks microwaves. I had most of my amazing lasagna from Cafe Friellos stored in the fridge but no way of heating it up. Bummer.

The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive whenever needed. Loved the quiet room, the cozy lounge, and the yummy breakfast available in the bake shop. Only suggestion might be to have a cozy chair in the room. Aside from the desk chair, there was nowhere but the bed to sit on.
