Family friendly room with kitchen, close to Central Park and the subway with multiple lines Found it to be very clean and they gave excellent coffee to take on the go from the reception

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing at every level of customer contact. They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch.

The hotel was comfortable and respectfully clean and organized with great amenities in a fantastic location close to so many great things to see and experience. The only complaint I have is the heat was on high and there was little no circulation, even with the windows opened for the entire 3 nights we stayed. I asked to have this remedied many times and the staff was unobliging. It was nearly impossible to sleep with these conditions. I would never spend the money I spent to stay at this hotel again.
