Greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk who let us check in a bit early, as the roads were better than anticipated during the winter. We always stay here to break up our trip to Alberta and then back home. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negatives were that the fridge made a beeping sound (which was easily fixed by unplugging it) and the nice, big jacuzzi tub didn't work. The power button was broken, and it had been that way for a while. I would ask to ensure the tub works in your room at the time of reservation or check-in. It's a good room for weary travellers.

Absolute disaster. Lobby is undergoing major repairs, wet concrete everwhere, no front desk. Given a room with no lock or door knob. Got that sorted out and given another room. Long day and i book this hellhole. If you are going to do major repairs then shut the place down for a week, dont be so greedy.

The property needs a refresh. Pushing our luggage carrier to the room the hallway carpet is obviously unattached and a carpet wave formed in front of the cart. The room furniture is so oversized that it leaves very little walking space, and a complimentary breakfast was expected.

Started off by just prior to entering the lobby with 2 people smoking pot which turned out one of them worked the front desk and entered shortly behind us lol. Place is out dated and the rooms didn’t give you the feeling of cleanliness. Tried to touch as little as possible and slepted on the blankets even. Might be fine for a group of guys on a snowmobiling trip but DON’T bring your spouse here thinking of a romantic getaway lol

Sink was broken. Literally smashed with a big chunk out of it. Plug for the fridge was torn out of the wall and literally a fire hazard. Air conditioning rattled so bad I had to turn it off. I knew right away when I walked into the property that when I heard a low battery smoke detector beeping in the lobby that I was in trouble.
