The staff were super great! My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. They are good, just be aware that they have two hotels, one. 3 stars and other one 4 stars so the pictures in the booking are mostly for the 4 stars building that is in the same street but the loony and rooms are a little bit different, but in general is a good hotel, the staff is pretty friendly.
