The lungs of the city are at a short 15-minute walk away, los Jardines del Turia, the old river bed that goes through the city west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences.
A guarantee of €200 will be requested, which will not be debited or blocked from your bank account. This guarantee will function as a limit as a bond in case of incidents on the property.
