Pros -- Clean room. Shower has good water pressure. Lots of eateries around. Close to Cenote Zaci. Staff members are friendly. Cons -- shower leaks constantly. Hotel may want to put a curtain for the shower window. Female guests may want it.

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones en buen estado, lo único sería que el servicio no es el mejoor y que no estaba en funcionamiento la alberca cuando fuimos.

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse, tiene frigobar y el aire acondicionado es potente. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Tiene un buen estacionamiento y seguro. La ubicación me gustó bastante, muy tranquila la zona. Muy recomendable. Lo único a mejorar tal vez sería la atención en recepción.

Good value for stop off on the road

Well, the room was clean and comfortable. They appear to be working on fixing it up a bit but still a bit to go. Honestly, it’s a good value if you are driving through and need a place to stay with parking. I wouldn’t suggest it as a place to come and hang out at. Staff was very friendly and the AC and ceiling fan worked great. 15 minute walk to main area, not picturesque. It was a good value for momey

The hotel is what you'd expect but could do few things to improve like adding a hand towel and one for the floor as half the bathroom would get wet when showering. Also the location was much further from the centre than shown on Expedia which has been a big disappointment, not hotel's fault but check Google maps before you book, it's a good 15 min walk to main square.

Good and clean place near the plaza

Good place to stay for the night. Room was clean and close to the plaza. The only thing I really disliked was the parking arrangement. It’s hard to get in and out due to other cars blocking you in. Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed at a different place in Valladolid the night before at a higher price, but this place was much better in multiple aspects. It’s very close to the centro, staff was friendly, room was clean with large beds, there was plenty was parking space.

Big spacious room, good beds with nice linens. Super clean. Nice bathroom, rain shower. Newly painted. Walkable to centro area, 10-15 minutes. Has secure parking

Estaba bien el hotel para descansar,no está tan cerca del centro como 5 cuadras pero si te gusta caminar está bien,tiene su estacionamiento privado y está limpio,yo lo recomiendo y si volveré en la noche es tranquilo NO ruidoso

The hotel is quite simple, but new, clean, modern and good value, with air conditioning and TV. Staff were friendly. No real amenities but a nice clean place. One little note that the map location Expedia showed was wrong. Apple maps on my phone showed somewhere else too. I had to find it by accident. It is actually located several blocks further away (at Calle 29) from the center, which wasn't ideal since I was there for only 1 night and wanted to be closer to the bus station. And they didn't have a website for me to compare. But still, a nice place walking distance to center.
