Complete with appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, electric broom, TV, hair dryer.
Possibility free use of the tennis court in red clay.

schönes kleines Häuschen im ruhigen Pinienwald; sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet; kleine Küche mit guter Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, nur ca. 300m zum Strand:bei Ankunft fanden sich im Kühlschrank: Milch, Wein, Wasser und Saft (nette Geste!)

Die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die in ihrem Urlaub Ruhe, direkte Strandnähe u. Komfort suchen.

Das kleine Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen im Pinienwald gelegenen Feriendörfchen und eignet sich für Urlauber, die es ruhig und entspannt mögen. Der schöne lange Sandstrand ist in nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen braucht man allerdings ein Auto, denn der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich erst im Nachbardorf (ca. 10 Min Fahrt). Das Haus ist völlig neu. Es war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Bei uns gab es zu Beginn ein Missverständnis mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, dafür sollten wir extra zahlen, obwohl diese im Inserat als inklusive angegeben waren. Das hat sich dann aber schnell geklärt und wir mussten dafür nichts bezahlen. Auch ein früherer Check-In war auf Anfrage problemlos möglich. Die Kommunikation vorab lief wunderbar, die Kommunikation vor Ort war aber nicht ganz einfach, weil wir kein Italienisch und die Gästebetreuer wenig Englisch können. Hat aber trotzdem funktioniert! In der Anzeige wurde groß mit WiFi geworben, dieses hat während unseres Aufenthalts jedoch so gut wie nicht funktioniert. Textnachrichten konnte man versenden, bei Fotos wurde es aber schon sehr schwer, Videos versenden oder anschauen unmöglich. Die Besitzerin hat sich im Nachhinein dafür entschuldigt, es wurde wohl nach unserem Aufenthalt festgestellt, dass der WLAN-Stick nicht in Ordnung war. Im Dörfchen selbst gibt es außer den zwei Strandbars lediglich ein Restaurant. Das war für uns kein Problem, denn wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten Nachbarstädtchen erkundet. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens allen, die nach Ruhe (auch digital) suchen und Wert auf eine komfortable und saubere Unterkunft legen. Denn, die Natur ist einfach traumhaft: toll duftende Pinienbäume, wunderschöne Sanddünen, toller Strand und Meer, und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
