Over all is really excellent just the area is closed to train station which makes it super busy area and bit noisy for the transportation. But otherwise rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Excellent customer service.

This hotel is a beautiful new construction at time of writing along the Surrey Civic Centre. The staff were very helpful and upgraded us as well as ensured we had everything we needed (as special callout goes to Chad!). The property is a ways outside of Vancouver downtown but is easily accessible by the SkyTrain which stops just below the building. We had a large earthquake strike the area while we were there and though we could feel it on floor 15 the building held up well.
