I would sleep in my car before I would stay here again. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because I didn’t have to deal with bed bugs. There were unfinished patches on the walls, the curtains were filthy, the toilet bowl had a crack. I dumped a bunch of water into the floor drain and covered it with a towel to get the sewer smell to dissipate. The front desk guy at check in was pleasant. The guy at check out in the morning must not have bothered to check me out because I got 3 messages 5 hours after I left saying it was time to check out. Vending machine in the hallway was almost empty and there is nothing near by for food. What a horrible hotel.

This place is old and it shows but it was clean. Drapes were broken and wouldn’t close. I told the front desk and they were supposed to send in maintenance but they didn’t. We were on and ground floor so this was a big deal. I will not choose this place again.

My daughter's check-in experience was fine overall, but there was an issue regarding the credit card requirement. Since she is under 19 and I had made a non-refundable booking, it was unnecessary to put that stress on her, especially after a long 7-hour drive. I believe that both the manager and staff could improve their professionalism and judgment when dealing with younger guests and please consider this advise genuienly

I didn’t sleep my whole stay, they put me in a room with the trolley right next to me. Noise was so horrible and I asked them to switch me to a different room multiple times but they never did. Service was really disappointing and they were extremely rude. They yelled at me for trying to take my breakfast with me when the breakfast room had no seats available. I’ve never seen a hotel such as this one with such disrespect. Definitely don’t recommend! Been to multiple hotels in this area and never seen one as terrible as this one.
