The stay were courteous and the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations and the offered buffets for breakfast and dinner while delicious were not good value for money.

Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff. I was a bit early and was accommodated anyway with a room upgrade to boot! The room was very clean, spacious and set with nice amenities. I even appreciate the cold refreshing water available in the lobby. It was one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

Clean and comfortable room, if somewhat sparsely furnished. Friendly and helpful staff. The gym is good for a hotel facility with some free weights as well as machines and mats. The restaurant was under renovation so there was a pop up facility for breakfast in one of the conference rooms, which was ok. The area is nice with easy access to Canada Place and lots of good food options close by.

Rooms were clean and spotless, staff were very helpful and friendly. The amenities were awesome. The pool wasn't heated but the Hot tub made up for that. The hotel was close to everything within a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend staying here.
