The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean as well as the room. One of the reasons we picked this hotel is there was a hot tub but when we arrived we were told it was closed. I would have appreciated a notification and I would have decided to go with another option. Otherwise the restaurant was really good food and drinks and servers. Overall had a great time and really close to the venue we went downtown Vancouver for.

This was my second time booking with this hotel. Everything was amazing just like first time. The service and comfort was amazing! However, one thing that really brought us back this time was the jacuzzi and pool area that unfortunately wasn’t working this time. I wished we had received a heads up about it before arrival 😅 It could’ve helped us to reschedule the time of our trip or would allow to consider this when booking. However, other than that, I’d always recommend coast coal! Thanks.
