Nice staff, restaurant. Very comfortable bed!! The room was very dark and not well lit when we arrived. They had a small sitting area with no light. It was very dark and someone needs light to read. When we asked the staff to give us an extra lamp, they were quick to do so and fix the problem. We appreciated the staffs effort to make things better. Nice and helpful concierge. Had a great visit and would return to this hotel.

We had such an amazing stay. Friendly staff, amazing rooms. Beautiful restaurant in the building. A heads up that parking is awkward in a large car and many floors down but that’s not something the hotel can control. Seriously no complaints. Wish I could stay there every visit into Vancouver.

Did not give me room I selected when I booked reservation. Could not watch TV from small triangle size living area. No room to put suitcase when opened. Awkward watching TV from bedroom.

Another great stay!

The service was amazing. The staff upgraded us to a suite, with so many extras. Everyone is friendly and super helpful and the amenities were fantastic. As is the location.

It’s located not too far from the cruise ship docking area. We walked there from the ship with our luggage. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, even getting us in to our room earlier than check in time. The room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, which worked perfectly for our family of 5. The bathroom is huge! If we had to pick somewhere to stay in Vancouver again, I would select this hotel.
