Room was great, front desk was excellent (even let us check in early) and location was great for what our plans were. One star knocked off only because one of the elevators was out of service our entire stay. We were lucky to only be on 5th floor, some people with kids were way up on the higher floors and navigating the stairs was a pain. Lots of places to eat, both at the hotel and around it.

Don’t be fooled by the photos—this hotel is very small. There’s only one tiny elevator for a 10+ story building, which meant waiting 10–20 minutes just to go up or down. The rooms are also extremely small. While they’ve been partially renovated, several areas still show clear signs of wear and tear. The Wi-Fi is honestly a joke—it disconnects every 3–4 minutes and the speeds are painfully slow. The wall thermostat in my room was broken. The gym is a decent size, but the equipment is very old and there were no wipes or towels available. Set your expectations very low if you decide to stay here.

I chose this hotel for the proxomity to Rogers Arena - and for that, it was great. Check in - i booked a single king, and was initially given a single queen (mayne even a double?). I was moved into a room with a king bed - but the room felt like a closet. There was maybe a foot of space on either side of the bed, and not much more room at the foot. It was so small and crowded with the furniture. The overall condition of the room was fair. For the price, it was disapponting - especially without any sort of breakfast offered.

Couldn’t get room cleaned despite multiple attempts. Just kept getting different excuses. Not enough towels. One elevator was out of service and it took almost 20 mins to get down or to a room. Hallways smelled bad because the hallways were filled with garbage and dirty laundry. Door propped open on 2nd floor so anyone could come in. No where to plug in the coffee machine. Very frustrating stay.
