Love the hotel, the staff and the location! There is a Starbucks in the hotel, a Mcdonalds and Tim Horton 10ft away. Walking distance from Amazing shops (Hermes - Arcteryx) and multitude of dining options. We will def comeback and stay here again.

According to the size of building its a so called 5 star hotel but standard wise it is not more then a 3 star , I won’t recommend to any of my known to stay in hayatt, some surprising bad experiences happened to me at hayatt ragency Vancouver, even I am not going to choose Expedia as a website to make any reservation through the website…

Great - excellent with kids. The pool is warm enough to swim in even when it’s warm out and was definitely more kid dominated when I went in the spring. Less than 5 ft on the deep end. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely do again. Loved the buffet breakfast and so did my kids.
