The property was not appealing on the outside and you could tell it was older and could use some refurbishing inside and out. But the room was clean and for the price for only one night it was fine.

This hotel stopped be relevant in the 1970s. It has not been updated since then. It was certainly not worth the amount of money we spent to stay there. Thank goodness it was only one night

Location is central and convenient. Front desk staff were pleasant. The hotel is old and rather run down, but clean and reasonably priced compared to most hotels in Vancouver. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having a suit instead of a single room. Free parking was a definite bonus. We hope to be back there later this year.

Good location and cheaper for the area. Felt safe, except balcony is very unsafe. There’s no screen on balcony door and it needed to be open since there’s no air conditioning. Needs a lot of updating. Second place to sleep is a pull out couch that is very old.
