When you pay $500+ USD per night, there shouldn’t be moldy grout or a musty smell in the room. When we brought the issues to the attention of the front desk, they told us they was fully booked with no other rooms available. No offer of a discount or credit or anything. What a shame =(. This will be our Lars ray at the Pan Pacific.
