Just pay attention when booking through Expedia the breakfast is not included … either way you book the parking is extra .. which I guess is normal for downtown vancouver … comfy room .. close to literally everything including the skytrain

Rooms were pretty clean but very musty. Couch in one of the rooms had a stain on it and the couch cushions were upright like they were cleaning something then forgot to put the couch back together. However for what we paid, the price was pretty good.

It's a great hotel with super friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool temperature was super cold and the staff said it's not heated. I booked this hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately it was too cold for my kids. We had a great time in the hot tub though, but the cold pool is a deal-breaker for the next time we're in the city.

Needs modernization

The location is great, the place is clean and great service. The entire hotel is very old, the room features furnitures and accessories from the 90's as well as very old gym equipments and defective hot tub and sauna.
