The view from the Harborview room was gorgeous (Room 1448 in the Tower) and looked out over the marina, park, harbor and mountains. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities, well-kept, and nicely upgraded and clean rooms. Location was great - right next to Stanely in a quiet part of town but walking distance to everything. Parking was super easy with in/out privileges, but we did not have to use the car once parked. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and accommodated our early check in, and brought dog amenities to our room. The room itself was quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors or hallway sounds, the only sounds came from the seaplanes taking off and landing which was cool to watch. We were extremely happy and would definitely stay again.

Location! it's walking distance to Canada place and close to Stanley Park. it's within 10 min walk to a lot of restaurants nearby. We are in Lanai suite and the view is superb. Service is good too. When we arrived it's a few minutes to 4pm and our room was not ready, the reception guy apologized multiple times and gave us a $50 allowance although we didn't complain. The room was ready 20 min later after a nice short walk around the hotel building next to the bay. Later at night we asked for an additional comforter, and it's sent to our room quickly. This was a short family trip we only stayed one night. but next time we go to Vancouver we'll stay there again.

Nice property, nice location, very nice staff, restaurant and room service menus are a bit junky and there was the constant (24/24) noise of a running engine outside (a generator maybe).

It was disgusting to see 5 mice running at night going into the breakfast area at night. I spoke to the hotel staff. They came in and said "we will let engineering know".. very funny.
