The staff was amazing in all categories. They were friendly, professional and very attentive. I was especially impressed by their kindness and willingness to help each other which was apparent at the front desk and especially in the restaurants. Call out excellent service from our server Dallas and her supporting team and the very sweet lady in the gift shop. My only disappointment was the cost of the buffet breakfast. $49!! I would think the hotel would want to encourage guests to use it which would cut down on kitchen orders and food waste. Loved the water fill stations. Would like to see more hotels (especially resorts) use this option to replace plastic water bottles! This hotel location was a 12 minute walk to Stanley park to left and a beautiful morning walk around the bay to the right! Great location. Many other restaurants all in walking distance from this location. We were on the second floor and I was concerned with traffic noise but there wasn’t any. Only seagulls!
