I made two reservation under the same name and paid for them both , i called the property to comfirm first time they didn't have mybtwo reservations sevond time they confirmed i did , them we arrived at the property and theres was only 1 reservation again fellow couldn't help us, this was late in evening so a bit inconvenient, then had to wait 2 hours to figure this out . Needless to say front desk was no help. Once it was rectified with expedia we where able to go tomour rooms ,next next morning we took the airport shuttle to YVR the driver was yelling at the front desk and was so rude to the guest all about names not being on the list driver was rude ,disrespectful really bad experience

Good valve for money. They could answer the airport shuttle phone , we just jumped on one that came, don’t know if we were supposed to reserve a spot. Really enjoyed the White Spot restaurant.

It’s ok for the night if you are flying out but the area does not have much dining or any entertainment options. The area is a mix of light business and residential. The staff are friendly but seem over loaded

Airport shuttle from airport was good..driver pleasant and helpful. Front desk staff not very personable and not helpful. Asked about things to do and how to get there..they kept trying to arrange a personal tour. We had an early flight and had spoken to the desk the evening before. They said to call and remond them in am. We tried for about 15 minutes to reach someone and never did. We wrnt down to desk and it was still unattended for a few more minutes. The sheets on the bed were old and had some old stains on them. The pillows smelled like dirty heads.. Would not recommend this facility.

The Best Western beds are always very comfortable and the rooms clean. This property was conveniently close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. The front desk staff and cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. Considering how close the hotel is to the airport, we waited almost an hour for the shuttle. The driver drove aggressively, was making personal calls while driving, was honked at more than once-all with a van full of hotel guests. It was scary. We had breakfast at the White Spot restaurant located on site and the only one in the area. The food was greasy beyond a greasy breakfast expectation. The food choices were limited (the only omelette was 4 eggs!) and expensive for what was served.

Okay Stay

Room was big and bathroom was big but looked a little nicer in pictures than in person. Bathroom toilet was running as I got into the room and couldn’t flush. Seemed a bit expensive for what I got.

I would strongly suggest that you book another hotel. The hotel has very poor security measures which resulted in a burglary in my room. The perp even return a second time while I was present. The hotel did not reach out to me once to ask if I was doing ok after the fact. They cannot ensure their guest felt comfortable and safe, which is their job. They also refused to provide any remuneration.

Renovated since my last stay a few years ago. They did a nice job. Clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for proximity to YVR.
