Very nice property. It was clean and felt safe. Staff was excellent. Pool area was inviting. Quiet private beach. Nice ocean view from room balcony. The only negative is only one dining option onsite which is located near the beach and outside. It was not a problem for us as we were out touring the island daily and had most meals offsite. Would stay again.

I want to thank all the staff front desk to housekeeping they are all approachable and well attended to guests needs. But I want to thank Julio Santiago from the security department who helped me resolve my issues with the car . I thought the rental car I had was stolen but br side of Julio’s knowledge of how to handle and know what to do everything done and resolved calmly . He is very approachable and helped to calm down he helped me up to the end . He’s the kind of employee worth to keep in this organization.

Great property. Loved mostly everything with the exception of parking. As a guest I was told I needed to park in a lot across from property parking (which I did). Convenient parking was for members only, guest are to park where employee parking is. This is an unlit, unattended parking lot, unkept with dirt, huge pot holes and a bit of a walk. In the evening it was unsafe in pitch darkness. I will not be staying there again. Do better with the property upkeep and making your guests feel welcomed, secure and appreciated. As a guest you pay for a 30.00 plus tax resort fee you should be allowed to park were it's convenient as a guest and made to feel less of a person because you are not a member. Do better for future guests.

The front desk staff couldn't be any more friendly and accommodating. The villa was so spacious and extremely clean in every aspect. Fabulous. If I had to complain about something it would be the walk from guest parking to the building. Across grass. A few paved or shell paths are very much needed. Also, the parking lot for guest parking is full of deep potholes. Lastly, there is a lack of lighting along the drive from the road to the hotel.

Beautiful views of private bay and resort from our room and private patio. Clean. Comfortable bed. Indoor recreation center, beach volleyball. Lounge chairs provided for beach, walkable and quiet. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The open outdoor bar & grille has an amazing staff and wonderful food. You can have the best of Puerto Rico without leaving this resort. We absolutely loved our stay along with the staff.

This hotel is NOT what it appears. The hotel is currently under construction which we were not informed of prior to arriving, woke up to drilling and banging every morning, the elevators were all taped up, hot tub didn’t work, they don’t come clean the room and give you fresh towels ect everyday, the room was dirty upon arrival and when you discuss this with management they just shrug their shoulders. Very disappointed.
