We absolutely loved our stay here!!!! The location was absolutely perfect. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by more local cafes and restaurants but still just a street away from all the main attractions. So close to the train station and bus boat stop that will take you to the Rialto Bridge. All of the front desk staff were amazing. They were so kind and helpful and made our stay wonderful!! Would definitely come back and stay here again

Overall an excellent hotel. The location was great, within a few minutes walk of the train and bus station. Vaporetto stations nearby too but close enough to all the sites to walk, if you are that way inclined, which we are. Probably the best value cafes and restaurant close by the hotel was a bonus too. Breakfast was varied and lovely, although hot drink provisions at breakfast and in the rooms, could be better.

The room was spotless. I highly recommend ordering the breakfast, it was a lot of quality food. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The loaction is withing walking distance of the Train station. There are tables and chairs just outside by the front door where you can sit and enjoy the stay. The best part was of the experience was the staff, making us feel welcome, offering help and information that made our visit to Venice easier and that much better. I highly recommend staying here.
