Property as advertised, clean with balcony overlooking canal and square. Excellent air conditioning. Fridge and cupboards. No reception so have to check in at sister hotel about 1km away. Can leave bags at other hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy access and good location. Would stay again. Quiet.

Excellent apartment & location

We really enjoyed our stay at Fosca Venice Rooms, location was great not far from the station in a nice quiet area, although it’s above a bar it’s a quiet bar & we didn’t hear any noise. The top floor apartment was amazing, clean & tidy with a balcony over the canal. Easy clear check in with luggage storage at the hotel not far from the apartment with friendly helpful staff - would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay

Clean, well kept rooms in a safe area. Reception desk is at another location. Beds are very low to the floor which could be a problem for some. Wasn't for us. Close to many shops and restaurants. Twenty minute walk to the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica and Square.

Overall, we had a good stay. The check in process was a bit unconventional. We had been in communication with them through whatsapp. We weren’t given any codes until we were standing outside the building. Once we were in, the room and bathroom were very clean. It was a small room but did exactly what we needed. However, we did have some issues our second night. There were people staying in the room next to us. We are pretty sure our rooms used to be connected as there was a locked door. We could hear everything they were saying or doing. It was especially frustrating when it was 5:30am and all we wanted to do was sleep. The rooms are advertised as soundproofed but they are not. Otherwise this was a great stay!

Location and view were excellent--a canal and piazza just below the windows and food and drink choices galore within a few steps. Downside: level 2 is like 3rd floor in USA, and there is no elevator. The bed is only 7 inches above the floor. If you are old or have arthritis, beware.

Good location, small functional(ish) room

Location is great, right next to a small square, above a bar/cafe, and on a canal. although note it is a 10 min walk (with 4 bridges) to their sister hotel, where luggage can be stored. Check-in by WhatsApp worked fine. Room itself small but functional. No surfaces to put anything on, bed very low (almost on the floor) but small fridge was useful. Cleaning service was good. Bathroom is small, and no shelf/table to put any items on.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were expecting average from the reviews but we were pleasantly suprised. Online check in was easy so we could arrive straight to the room. The room was spacious and very clean as well as the bathroom. We had the upper level with a balcony which had a view of the canals and bridge below which was really nice. There is a bar down below on the ground of the building but because we stayed mid week it was never too noisy. The staff were super helpful with check out, we were allowed to leave our bags at another hotel about a 10 min walk away. Great location and great clean & big room for the price.

Small room with thin walls.

Very small room and uncomfortable bed. The walls between the room and next door were very thin and you could hear the conversation of the guests next door as if they were in the same room. The room was clean, however, and the location was good with a lovely view of the canal.
