It is a nice hotel a bit hidden from the main strip. Could easily walk by it. The room with balcony was very small, but clean nonetheless. The staff weren’t the friendliest, in fact they were very sarcastic and unhelpful except for helping reserve private water taxis to and from the hotel. If you’re looking for a small quiet place to stay in Venice i suppose you could stay here. Really nothing to do. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially for arranging private water taxi services. The patio off the bedroom was a beautiful space to make the smaller room feel larger. Would definitely recommend as a nice, convenient hotel in the heart of Venice.

Great boutique hotel. Great location. Not noisy while close to everything. Good breakfast in very cozy internal patio. Would recommend to everyone who wants spend time in Venice!
