Nice facility, smaller hotel, we selected a room with a small balcony with a nice view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food. Much nicer than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Alessandro was very helpful. Lined up transportation to a from hotel, complimentary trip to Murano Glass factory, and a private tour of the Doge Palace & St. Mark’s Basilica. Guide also took us to the Ponte Di Rialto bridge & showed us a good restaurant. It was expensive. Everything was around $500: room, transportation to & from hotel & airport, tour. I was very pleased with everything.

Hotel arranged a transfer from the airport, unfortunately our driver didn't speak English and we don't speak Italian so it took a few phone calls for him to know what he was doing, followed by Google translate so he could tell us about the water taxi! Hotel receptionist was very helpful and informative. Room was quite compact, no view from the window but it was comfortable for one night. Bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Hotel is in a good location not far from St Mark's Square and a short walk to catch a water taxi. We stored our luggage with them after checking out and on our return we were brought a very welcome glass of iced water.
