Great quiet location with very helpful staff. Near a great street full of really good restaurants, a 5-10mins walk from nearest water bus stations. Breakfast was more than sufficient with cornflakes, yoghurt, teas/coffees, croissants, bread rolls and spreads, cheese... It also looks out over a canal and has some lovely shared spaces with books if you wish to relax.

Great stay in a wonderful location

Pros: The location in Arsenale area is out of the tourist hub, but easy to access San Marco. 15 minute stroll or ride by vaporetto. Rooms spacious and clean
Cons: Value for money, you can't expect much more.
Location: Good restaurants and lots of Italian tourists.
The hotel is very reasonably priced, and excellent value for money; can't be beaten. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay there again.
