This is perhaps the best service I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were knowledgeable about the area, restaurants, directions, and were warm and clear. The hotel shows the owner's very careful selection of everything, from lamps to snacks to toiletries and furniture design. My wife wants to return "quarterly." Loved this hotel and the location is perfect. Rooms were modern and much needed in Venice. Staff were lovely and attentive, and the dining was delicious. The only feedback I can think of was that the room gets a little warm at night, the air conditioning isn’t as strong but otherwise wonderful stay.

Amazing services on this boutique Hotel. They make you feel so welcoming. Rooms are so clean and beautiful designed, the location is perfect and close to everything. We will definitely come back here again.

We have stayed at many 5-star hotels but they all pale in comparison to Violino D’Oro. From check-in to check-out, all of our expectations were exceeded. The staff and owner were always there to help in any way they could. We have never been so well cared for. When we were checking out of the hotel, they even carried our bags off the property to our water taxi. That is how far they went to fully take care of us. The hotel is next level! I mean who wouldn't want to stay at a brand new 5-star hotel? Every area we were in at the hotel from our room to the breakfast restaurant were also next level. You can tell that they care about all the tiny details. There are many more things I could write, but I am not sure how many people would even read this far. But in summary, Violino D’Oro sets the bar incredibly high for what a 5-star hotel should be. Many hotels "claim" to be 5-star, but none have been even close to our stay at Violino D’Oro.
