We switched hotels at the last minute on a mother-daughter trip to Venice and I could not have been happier about it! The hotel was lovely, service matched at the highest end hotels, breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for a short trip to Venice -- easy walking distance to major attractions but also quiet and peaceful. it's not on the waterfront, but if you walk out the back of the hotel you are right at the St. Regis which has a lovely waterfront patio perfect for apertivio.

The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far. The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need. The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty. The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back.

This is perhaps the best service I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were knowledgeable about the area, restaurants, directions, and were warm and clear. Loved this hotel and the location is perfect. Rooms were modern and much needed in Venice. Staff were lovely and attentive, and the dining was delicious. The only feedback I can think of was that the room gets a little warm at night, the air conditioning isn’t as strong but otherwise wonderful stay.
