A quiet retreat, this bijoux, detached cottage is close to the Stenbury and Worsley walking trails, yet only 1 mile from Ventnor town and Steephill Cove with restaurants and the nearest beaches. With a view of the Worsley Monument, its downland/village position offers easy access to lots of attractions. Locally you will find the island’s Donkey Sanctuary and Appuldurcombe House with its falconry centre, and the gardens of which were landscaped by Capability Brown. Close by is the village of Godshill with its own model village, along with Blackgang Chine (the oldest theme park in the UK), Ventnor Botanic Garden, Carisbrooke Castle, Robin Hill, Dinosaur Isle - in fact locals always say everything is only 20 minutes’ away! Wroxall itself has a village pub, shop and post office and is situated on a bus route. Little Croxley is also perfectly situated for the major island music festivals, including the Isle of Wight festival and Ventnor Fringe. Beach 1 mile.
