La atención es muy buena, los empleados son muy amables, solo hay fallas de mantenimiento se acabó el agua, en otra ocasión el gas para el agua caliente y el Internet fallaba mucho.

CERO SANITIZADO

Llegamos y los encargados del lugar pésimo no sabían que íbamos a llegar ese día, no tenían las recamaras listas estaban discutiendo entre ellos cero organización deberían de empezar por hay, después nos dieron habitaciones muy separadas llege y según estaba limpio y sanitizado el baño nada que ver tenía un jabón huzado y mojado entonces no se realmente que sanitizen, o si de verdad limpien las habitaciones después nuestra habitación no tenía cable y las encargadas se molestaban por pedirles ayuda para lo de la TV muy déspotas seguido de esto no tenían agua osea ni agua para poderse bañar pésimo servicio no volvería a ir no tienen agua

El hotel esta bien,ne toco ver muchas cosas,llegaron grupos de fuera que oara despedida agarraron un fin de semaba loco eran de chile,y añesar de las indicaciones y reglas del hotel,no falto unos cuantos wue se pasaran en plena madrugada,pero al fibal bien,se hace limpieza diaria y se cambian las camas,nunca estan sucias,saludos a la sra.Martha que fue laque se fketo en el piso donde estuvimos y los desmanes de los chilenos(eran 20) el cado,que no hay restauran pero hsy un comedorcito con rwfrigerador y horno,al igual wue xafe que te pinen a disposicion,sin codto,nosotros nos dedicamos a salir a ver todas o la mayoria de lugares y llegabamos a cambiarnos y descansar,el clima al 100 .por cierto llevamos mascota y se quedava en el cuarto la mayoria de las veces por el calor,en clima y nunca hubo nungun problema.el cachorro esta educado,en fin limpio,relajador,porque no esta en el mero centro y relativamente economico.Les recomiendo el lugar.que tengan una bonita estadia.

El personal es muy amable, sin embargo el lugar deja mucho que desear en cuestión de limpieza. De las tres noches contratadas, solo en una ocasión fueron a hacer la limpieza y solo porque fui a pedir que lo hicieran pues al regresar a la habitación el segundo día después de las 16:30hrs, ni las camas estaban tendidas. Simplemente, no entraron a hacer servicio a la habitación. Para conseguir algo económico no está mal, si no tienes problema con hacer tus camas y la limpieza por cuenta propia...
