Camas incómodas, mucha luz y ruido del exterior

Pedí una habitación familiar, me asignaron una con 3 camas, divididas por una pared, simulando dos habitaciones digamos, x ese lado está bien ya q era lo que yo requería, una de las habitaciones daba a la calle, tenía 3 ventanas con balcón y las cortinas dejaban pasar toda la luz y nos fue muy difícil dormir, además que era muy ruidosa la zona, camiones, vendedores, gente, en fin, se escuchaba todo, hasta la mona del ado que avisa las salidas jaja (el ADO ESTA ALADO). Las almohadas pésimas, eran como rellenas de trapos o telas no se que, y los colchones demasiado firmes, no lo recomiendo si llevan perdonas mayores o niños, es incómodo. Las regaderas estaban como chicas y se mojaba todo el baño el piso y no habia suficiente shampoo, hasta el segundo día que ya pusieron más. No cuentan con teléfono para hacer pedidos room service, tienes q bajar a recepción a pedir y después te lo llevan. Los meseros son super amables y sirven muy rápido apesar de que está casi siempre lleno el restaurante. La comida es X, nada sobresaliente. Estacionamiento techado y amplio, te apoyan bien con eso. Elevador funcionando bien, aires acondicionados de 10, tiene sus puntos a mejorar. Yo no creo regresar a menos que por la ubicación, como me pasó en esta ocasión, me sea conveniente. Hay mejores opciones.
