No respetaron la reservación
El hotel no respetó mi reservación, solo se me dijo que la aplicación estaba fallando y que había multiplicado las reservaciones, que no era el primero que llegaba con una reservación de hoteles.com, y como estaban llenos me fue negado el hospedaje.
