A hotel with a nice concept and a pretty good location. Unfortunately it is not well kept at all. The doors creaked, paint was dirty in some places, two lights didn’t work and the air conditioning made clanking noises when the air outside picked up in speed. The noise from other rooms was quite noticeable too.

Es buen hotel, se me antoja mas para parejas, tiene muy buena vista y acceso al mar y al boulevard, es ideal para quien guste pasar un dia de playa. Tiene las siguientes áreas de oportunidad que observe: el agua de la alberca estaba muy turbia y ya no daba confianza meterse, deberían limitar el acceso a personas en estado de ebriedad a la alberca, hay que tener un mayor control de fumigacion ya que encontré cucharachitas pequeñas en la habitación, el agua del lavabo y la regadera estaba un poco salada, si tienen desalinizadora deberían darle mantenimiento mas seguido, deberían de colocar letreros de silencio en los pasillos ya que había familias que salían con niños y se escuchaba mucho ruido o poner sellos en las puertas para minimizar el ruido exterior. Para estacionar tu coche solo es con valet parking, sería mas comodo para todos abrir el estacionamiento a los huéspedes y que haya alguien cuidando la entrada exclusiva a huéspedes y que se estacionen bien. Con esto creo que mejorarían mucho el servicio.

Instalaciones con demasiados detalles de mantenimiento. Pasillos con olor a humedad y sucios. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Cabe recalcar que avisé con tiempo de condición médica y supongo que eso ayudó. El servicio de valet parking es muy malo, si quiere estacionar por tu cuenta para no estar en la fila larguísima que se hace te mandan a un terreno que está junto al hotel, solo valet estaciona dentro del hotel. La caja de seguridad no funciona, y la habitación tiene varios detalles igual de mantenimiento. Es un hotel con potencial pero si necesitan hacer una buena inversión.
