I love this hotel and highly recommend it. We are Gymnastics team from Vancouver and our flight is very late. The Hotel Manager Clara, i hope i spelled it right is just so nice and accommodating. She knows we are a big group and let us kept 1 room for all of us to use after the competition , so kids can change and freshen up and rest before our flight, not to mention have a place to keep all our luggages. This to me is a what you call costimer service and beyond. Our favorite hotel for sure for the past 4 years at least!

This place has an amazing pool with lots of trees and twinkle lights that makes it feel tropical. The restaurant Cabana has excellent food and cocktails. The staff were friendly (especially the bartender and server) and the rooms are basic but clean. My only complaint is that on the website and everywhere in the hotel it says the pool is open until 10pm. When we arrived at the pool the night of our one night stay, there was a sign on the gate that stated the pool would be adults only from 8-10 pm. It would’ve been nice to know this before booking because we had a group of kids who had played hockey all day and were looking forward to unwinding in the pool.
