Upon arrival to our room. Carpets complete filth beyond shampoo needed. Turned out sheets back One bed tight sheets and full of hair a foot long. Second bed definitely not fresh sheets slept in and sheets tight over top Contacted the desk who sent two staff. Who wanted to argue the sheets where changed on the one bed. She took the hair off. There. Or do you really want new sheets....... Look at the second bed. She then says no one slept in them so they never touched them. I said look the sheets have been slept in. No So what do you want she said. Makes me sick to arrive to this then have to argue. Look back 25 yrs and think of the worst condition of a room. Then book here. Will never return and will never even think of having family or friends stay here.

Couldn’t get any water out of the tap for a shower and the headboard kept falling off the wall. You get what you pay for and vfm wise, it was fine. But not an experience I want to repeat.

the room was fine the hot tub was out of order for the stay. The staff were good we stayed in a double room but there were only one towel set in the bathroom and the tub pluming could use some help.

It wasn’t the room they showed in the advertisement! Could improve the room, for example the curtain were awful and falling down, sliding door not working properly and over all the room could use an upgrade!!!
