We grabbed the room as a place to get ready for an event close by. The hotel had no hot water....apparently a boiler issue. In an attempt to find out what was going on we tried to contact the front desk.....no phone in the room.. I called on my cell and rather than rectifing the situation.....they told me they'd make a note of it.
