Amazing stay…the breakfast staff gentlemen were amazing with smiles and help in the morning, beds weee comfortable and the room was excellent! It did not disappoint in anyway!!! All staff were extremely professional and friendly. The floors in the guest rooms could have been cleaner but it was well appointed… some throw rugs by sinks and tub would have made it better but the free breakfast was great, the facilities more than adequate and staff always willing to go above and beyond to provide items you forgot to bring and engaged with you throughout your stay. The stay here is always enjoyable and relaxing. This has been our second time staying here and they always go above and beyond. The property is always clean and the customer service is OUTSTANDING from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. We have made this our office hotel whenever we are in Vero Beach.
