Apartment is located on the top floor with terrace near the Arena and the Railway station.
It has a double bedroom , a big sitting room with a sofa bed , a kitchenette with dishwasher and a private bathroom with shower.
Near the sitting there is a beautiful terrace to have breakfast .
The apartment is on the 5th floor, the lift reaches only the 4th floor.
Linen and wifi and air conditioner are provided.
Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€2.00 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€50) is required.
At check-in, a damage deposit of €150 will be requested via credit card.
After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.
