Rooms are a bit old-fashioned but spotless and clearly well cared for — it felt like a brand-new room from the 1980s, in the best possible way. Loved the setup with an empty fridge we could fill ourselves, plus 24/7 access to minibar snacks and drinks in the lobby — the best of both worlds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside: our room had carpet, which wasn’t ideal for allergies, but otherwise a great stay.

Lovely staff, good location, good parking, lovely food, large room. Near enough to tour Verona and east to get onto the motorway network to visit Garda etc. One minor moan was the muted noise from the roads early AM. Otherwise perfect.

The property is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the breakfast offerings could benefit from a more balanced selection, as the current menu predominantly features items high in sugars and saturated fats. Additionally, while the carpets in the corridors and rooms are functional, they could be cleaner and are thin, which affects overall comfort.

A Short City Break

This is a standard 4 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size although looking a bit tired. The hotel could provide more infomation in the room about the facilities, and what is available. I was however impressed by the speed of the lifts, especially as I was on the 8th floor! The main problem with the hotel is its location. Especially if you are on a city break to Verona. The hotel is quite isolated being in the middle of an industrial area. However, ther is an IMax, a short walk away, and the Commercial Centre (shopping mall with a large supermarket) is about a 5 minute walk. The only real way of getting to the city is either using the free shuttle service, or by taxi. A taxi will cost about €20 to the station or city, depending on day of the week and time etc. The shuttle service has restricted times, and needs to be booked the day before. There is a bus service, which goes from the Commercial Centre to the station, but this is very infrequent, and is a 15-20 walk from the hotel. The hotel can provide evening meals, which is helpful as there are very few restaurants in the area. The Commercial Centre does have a KFC and other eateries, but it closes at 8:30 pm. In summary, you can get hotels closer to the city, but you will be paying 2 to 3 times the price - it's your choice!

Very good hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Only issue - was a bit far from public transport. Cheap and very good breakfast.

The family room was very spacious for us with a 2 YO toddler. However the rooms are not sound proof. So we heard the neighbours at night. Complimentary bottle water was a nice touch, but the facility itself is pretty old dated. Hotel also offer free shuttle to get to the city which is helpful. Overall, it was not a bad stay, but we would prefer a more convenient location next time
