Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, although there was a queue to be seated. Relatively close to the station, although it looks closer on a map and actually required a bit of a detour to reach.

Very convenient hotel close to the station and very good standards. The style is cool, modern and antique at the same time, which gives a special taste to this hotel and where you don't feel to be in the classic anonymous hotel close to a train station

No tea coffee facilities in the room. The toilet was not working properly and the bed was quite torn. Apart from this the rooms are large, friendly and helpful staff and great location.

I was in Verona to catch up with some friends and this was a perfect location. Easy walking distance to all the hot spots. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and the breakfast plentiful.

We only stayed for one night but loved the hotel and would definitely come back. It was a short bus ride from the airport and then all the shops/restaurants/attractions were within walking distance so the location was perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly here. We also had a drink in the bar as we wanted to sit in the bar/lobby for a while as it was just so nice. Our room was a decent size and just overall a lovely stay here.

Very disappointing, regret booking this hotel.

Ladies at reception are horrible people with absolutely no charm and no customer service skills. Room was too hot but management refused to turn on air conditioning. Dated bathroom. No kettle in room. Only good thing was the breakfast and the breakfast staff who were friendly.

Beautiful but quite a walk

The hotel is quite a walk from the train station. We had to drag our luggage across the street and through tunnel. But the hotel is beautiful with it's patio seats outside and bar in the lobby. The room is big and breakfast is very good. How I wish they provide slippers and toothbrush/paste, nor coffee maker in the room, or flat iron. We asked for flat iron, but 20 minutes passed and we have to leave already, still no flat iron.

The hotel itself was amazing, check in was easy, room was clean and smelled great and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the station and about a 30 minute walk to the city center so the location isn’t the best and it’s kind of isolated. For the price I highly recommend

Overall it is a good hotel, close to the city centre, but it’s very noise being close to the street and all the cars and motorcycles can be heard. The parking is very small and it requires to leave the keys to the valet so it can be moved around whenever is necessary. Also the parking pricing varies depending on the car size. It starts from 24€ for the subcompact cars. Inside the room, I found the mattress and pillows too hard. Other than that, the breakfast is great. I think this hotel had the best breakfast in Italy during my vacation.
