Property was great not to far to walk into Verona centre. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The room was large and had an amazing shower and jacuzzi tub there was also a mini fridge with free waters. The balcony had great views. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I don’t think this hotel is 4 star. My room was outdated - no working air con, a shower which didn’t close properly and minimal sound proofing. It was also very noisy at night. The breakfast was great and they did allow me late checkout (at a cost)
