August Stay

We checked in late, so we had to pick up keys from a partner hotel within 20min walking distance. The apartment is very spacious! The AC is set to 20C. We tried to lower the temperature since it was really hot outside, the AC turns off. It took some time to figure out the AC operation. Once it started working, it was fine. There is a washing machine in the unit , very helpful. A few flights of stairs to apartment without elevator. Communication with the owner via WhatsUp.

Central location for Verona

Excellent location for all we wanted to see - everything within a 15 minute walk (Juliet's Balcony, Arena, etc). Very spacious flat, very clean and tidy. Second level flat has about 55 stairs to climb to get to it, so keep that in mind if stairs are a concern. Washing machine worked excellent; no iron or ironing board in the flat - you need to request with at least 24 hour notice and they bring one to you, but they did not have one available for our stay. They directed us to a local laundry service for ironing. Very quiet neighbourhood, very comfortable beds and pillows. Would highly recommend.
