Very scummy. Smelled like body oder and mildew. Heater did not work. It’s a homeless shelter for the county. Keep looking elsewhere.

A lot of restaurants & stuff nearby. Property was under construction so it looked pretty bad. Most of the staff was great except for the morning front desk person on Sunday.
