Staff was great!! We let the girl know in the morning about the door and how it was very drafty and the furnace ran all know because of this. Otherwise it was a great visit and may be back if we are in the area again!!

Breakfast poor. Housekeeping service nonexistent over 8 days even when explicitly asked for and promised. A run around when I asked for a plunger. Poor noise control. It sounded like a herd of elephants from the room above. Did they put amplifiers in the floor? I'll never stay there again.

We enjoyed the stand-alone apartment with fireplace and kitchen. Bed was not super comfortable, water pressure not so great. There were two mugs, two bowls and two plates, but no glasswear, so bring your own if you like to drink out of glasswear. Location was good for getting to our family events.
