I sent 8 nights here. Front desk man seemed very miserable. At no time could I get fresh towels. Only way to get garbage remove was to leave it in the hallway. I left clean room sign on door knob for 6 days. Still nothing.

It's time for the hotel owner to change their front desk/ receptionist, he's rude, dressed in a sleeping gown while working(very unprofessional) , slow and incompetent. TBH, I've never seen anyone like this before!

Its a quite hotel apart from thebdoor being slammed late at night wake up and early morning wake up from the door hinge is pre loaded from not being insatlled properly. Apart from that, its clean and convenient location. A walking distance from Si hom market and Mekong night market.

It might have been a good hotel but during covid19, looks maintained worse... Mosquitos or insects blood shed on walls n curtains, coffee pot all rusted, toilet basin cover... too old... anyway must care about cleanliness....

The property and service was exceptional, except it was infested with mosquitos. I was bitten and suffered everyday in my room. The staff came and sprayed, which helped but it was a never ending fight against the mosquitos. Would not recommend rooms at the end of the hall near the external doors. Service was excellent though.

まず、予約してお金も払い込み済やのに、 何か、予約無いみたいな対応で、愛想の欠片も無い。 部屋も305号室は、窓がきちんと閉まらないので蚊が入ってきます。 ベッドの近くにコンセントは無かったので、3m位の長めのコードが要ります。 朝食も、起きるだけ無駄。コーヒーですら不味い。 深夜のフロントは、良かった。

방은 크지 않지만 넓은 침대를 가지고 있음. 조식은 아메리칸 스타일로 시리얼과 우유도 있고 팬케이크 오믈렛 스크램블에그 같은 간단한 메뉴도 요청가능. 과일이 4종류 있었는데 수박 용과 파타야 바나나 나옴(당도훌륭) 잠자고 간단히 씻고 나가 놀 목적이라면 위치도 좋고 가격도 가성비 나쁘지 않음.
