The room was excellent with nice dark curtains. The bed was one of the biggest we've ever slept in. The room faced the road but noise was not a problem. One significant problem was the "Smart" TV, which was really difficult to set up to watch ordinary TV as opposed to Casting etc. The included breakfast was really good and the staff were excellent. A minor hiccough was that the toilet seat was loose but I fixed that myself.

The reception was extremely friendly, and upgraded us to the suite on the top floor, which was huge and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar on the fourth floor had great cocktails too. Would definitely stay here again!

The massages were excellent...had two of them while i was here. The staff was very accommodating and helped to arrange a sight seeing trip to the local sites for the day. I would absolutely stay here again. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The Salana Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. It is so convenient to restaurants, cafes, night markets etc. Our room on the 5th floor was really quiet. The staff are very friendly and the girls on the front desk all spoke English. The Spa was excellent. I had a lovely facial there. The breakfast provided a wide range of food including delicious soups. They even made flat white coffee and they were excellent. I’d love to stay at the Salana again.

Perfect boutique hotel from which to explore everything that Vientiane has to offer. We loved our spacious room on the top floor and enjoyed the delicious lao breakfast in the hotel restaurant, as well as the beautifully-decorated bar on the 4th floor. One of the Best Hotel Experiences I Have Had

The exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the staff was an excellent comparison to the quality of the food in the restaurant and the comfort of the stay overall. I would select Salana Boutique Hotel without considering other options on any future trip to Vientiane.
