Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, Good breakfast, and friendly staff. Hotel is located close to bars, shops and restaurants, and a cross the road from the night market. Nice place!

THEY KICKED US OUT!! We booked for 2 nights at this hotel through Expedia in November 2023. One day before our arrival, Expedia sent us a reminder email about our reservation like check-in time etc Upon reaching the hotel for check-in, we were informed that our booking was canceled, despite never canceling it ourselves. After some discussion, the hotel allowed us to stay for 1 night but informed us of a room change the next day. The next day, to our dismay, the replacement room offered was not as per our initial booking - a Superior room with a balcony. Instead, they suggested a smaller room without a private bathroom, which had a noticeable stale odor. We declined the offer. After speaking with the manager, they allowed us to keep staying in our room for that night. However, less than 2 hours, the hotel staff insisted we move again. So, go ahead and book this hotel if you’re yearning for a holiday filled with delightful surprises like canceled reservations, unexpected room changes, and the sweet aroma of neglect lingering in your room.

Nice, clean hotel next to the night market. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The rate was very competitive.

Didn’t like that there’s no handwash soap in bathroom sink, no trash bin in main room so have to use only one small trash bin inside bathroom.

The staff are the real stars of Riverside Hotel. And the excellent location. The room itself served all our needs - clean, wifi, hot water, aircon. I would def stay there again.
