Vikeo Villas Serviced Apartments is located just next to a huge construction site. The scaffolds are maybe at 2-5 meters from the apartment. There is deafening noise of pneumatic hammers tearing down concrete walls, 7 AM - 6 PM, all week long, yes also on Sundays. I was not advised beforehand by the manager that this situation existed. I was not given an opportunity to opt out. However the torturous and virtually constant and deafening noise was so undeniable, he offered me a refund and I moved out after a few days.
