The room was great and the location was fantastic -- close to what we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff/owners provided unsolicited updates about the ferry schedule which is unexpectedly complicated and great advice when asked about booking car rentals and bioluminescence tour options. this was my second stay here. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They make such an effort to provide guests with a quality stay. Very laid back and the location is perfect. Just a few blocks from the main town of Esperanza, a short walk to restaurants and amenities and the beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. In room safe for valuables and a mini fridge.
