The property offers a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the central square and a work desk. Recently renovated, the house retains authentic traditional elements and provides modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher, as well as a living room with fireplace. Additional amenities include a washing machine, baby cot, workstation, crib and high chair. Air conditioning will be available from May 2026.
The interiors are arranged over several levels and lead to a panoramic terrace with 360° views of mountains, valleys and, to the east, the sea on the horizon. The house is ideal for families.
You will have exclusive use of the entire accommodation and can return at any time. Public street parking is available nearby and a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles is at your disposal. Electric car charging stations are about 100 meters away. A well-equipped gym is just a few steps from the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed, nor are events. Please respect quiet hours from 00:00 to 8:00. The fireplace cannot be used for barbecues.
