Excellent quality room, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us with a lot, including with great suggestions for things to do.

We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. That said, there were also some very positive aspects. Breakfast was really enjoyable, and one staff member who was present every day provided excellent and attentive service. Beautiful place calm, peaceful and great service. We only had breakfast & evening cocktails, well located with near by beaches a 40 min drive from the airport. We loved it
