Nestled in the greenery of a quiet private residential complex, this villa offers a stunning shared pool (available in July and August) and a tennis court (tennis rackets provided for your sporting moments!), ideal for relaxation and fun.
Perfect for those seeking a blend of tranquility, nature, and quick access to local attractions.
The villa is accessed through a private gate and a shared pathway that directly connects to the public road (free parking available; the area is very safe and just a short walk from the local Carabinieri station).
At the entrance to the property, you’ll find:
Garden: Complete with an outdoor shower and a barbecue. I provide all the necessary tools for your grilling sessions :). The garden offers excellent privacy while being well-exposed to sunlight, creating a perfect spot to relax.
Veranda: Furnished with a table for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying the serene atmosphere after a day at the beach.
Ground Floor:
A spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and a double sofa bed.
A bathroom with a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and essential appliances, including a microwave.
Upper Floor:
Two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a balcony and an additional sofa bed.
A full bathroom with a shower.
Upon request, I provide bed linens and towels free of charge.
Additional amenities include a hairdryer, a travel crib, and an iron for your convenience.
