Accu is Prezzus F holiday home is located just a few metres from the sea in the small village of Simius in a well-kept holiday home complex. With a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it can accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with a baby cot, a cot (extra charge) and heating (extra charge). The idyllic, roofed terrace is equipped with garden furniture as well as a barbecue and invites you to spend relaxing holidays and barbecue evenings together with a fantastic sea view. The nearest beach, 200 m away, is just a few minutes' walk away, and supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. Cagliari is 37 km away and Pula 48 km.
