The property's location is unbeatable (very quiet neighborhood and close to the casino) Unfortunately, the people managing this apartment (George) lacks any customer service skills, they include a couple of contact numbers, both useless, since both phones are disconnected all the time, never reply messages or if you insist in calling them, they get annoyed. If you have other choice better pick that one.

Complete lack of responsibility and seriously. Absolute careless for people coming over to their property. The apartment was not ready on the arrival day and I was given another apartment for 2 days. On the third day they gave us another apartment and later on told us we couldn't stay there and that we had to wait until the evening for another apartment change (3 check-ins in 3 days).

I liked that there was a parking space in the garage, although it cost extra. I also liked having a coin laundry room in the basement, and one of the concierges was very helpful. But the room was mediocre, and some of the service was lacking. The bed was terrible.

It is not a hotel with a front desk. They are individual apartments in several different buildings. They changed the room I had reserved from an apartment that slept 4 to one that slept 2 which didn’t work for our family. We could not stay there and ended up having to make last minute reservations at a different hotel. They were completely inflexible and said there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. They said we could just have someone sleep on the small sofa. Because it is an individual apartment, the person who came to let us in was not the manager and she had a difficult time reaching the manager by phone. Because of the language barrier, it was impossible to resolve the issue.

Tiene muy buena ubucacion para quien quiere todo cerca. Si vas en auto es un problema, ya que no dejan estacionarte primero tienes que registrarte, despues buscar el auto. Ademas cobran $10.000 por dejar el auto, pero esta perfecto y se entiende. Los Conserjes en recepcion son extremadamente amables. RECOMENDADO

Pésimo mantenimiento

La ubicación es buena, pero no es la que se muestra en el mapa. En la página el Departamento incluye estacionamiento, pero al llegar este tiene un costo adicional. No hay mantenimiento del departamento, chapa de seguridad mala, cortinas sin ganchos, marquesa de la cama suelta y con la rueda quebrada, manguera de la ducha rota, enchufes sueltos.

Nos dio una pésima atención!! no nos ayudaron solucionando inconvenientes que tuvimos el momento del check in. No usamos el apartamento, no se nos reembolso lo que pagamos. Pésima atención tanto de la persona que nos recibió para darnos el departamento como del ¨gerente¨.

Costoso y faltan detalles para un buen confort

Nunca tuve wifi, el lavananos totalmente fracturado, no hay señalizacion dej jabon, shampoo y el acondicionador. Las toallas manchadas y no hay servicios de toallas para piscina. No proveen de gorro para el cabello y asi utilizar la piscina termica

Apartamento simples, mas camas confortáveis. O melhor é a localização, muito boa. Ótimos restaurantes , perto do cassino e da praia. Vale a pena... O preço poderia ser um pouco melhor pelo que o apartamento oferece.

Mi experiencia ha sido malísima , no recomendable tanto por el servicio de Hoteles.com como de Apartamento Premium. Me querían cobrar el estacionamiento y el Iva en forma adicional a lo pagado en circunstancias que en el aviso no decía nada al respecto y la telefonista que me atendió en ningun momento lo menciono. Luego no podia llegar después de las 21:00 hrs., tuve que enviar los datos de mi auto y copia de mi cédula para ingresar después de esa hora, todo porque el empleado de Apartamentos no estaría. La publicidad dice Apartmentos Premium, nada que ver con lo que era, pisos sucios , baño sucio, cama incomoda, colchón viejo, ropa de cama muy usada, toallas gastadas, cortinas en mal estado , no corrían, no tenia buen olor el lugar. Relación precio calidad pésima. me encontré con un aviso en la puerta con los precios del apartamento, resulta que pague el doble por Hoteles .com Nuca mas Hoteles. com y menos estos apartamentos.

Elegante y lujoso Hotel! muy comodo y con muy buenos servicios. El Bar es un sitio obligado, a partir de las 7 pm cuenta con muy agradable musica de jazz en vivo. El desayuno buffet incluido ofrece buenas opciones para todos los gustos, yo probé un omelette de salmón con alcaparras delicioso! En resumen, 100% recomendable
